Another fresh juice that my munchkin goes crazy over. This sweet potato, carrot, and celery veggie juice is sweet, which is probably why my munchkin loves it so much. In case, you don’t follow me on Instagram {which you should if you want more meal ideas that are posted daily during the weekdays}, here is a video of him chugging it that I posted on there.
Juicing is a super easy way to get vitamins & minerals into the body. Highly recommend drinking within 15 minutes so you get the added bonus of the enzymes. I juice to avoid high fructose corn syrup, food dye, juice from concentrate, synthetic vitamins, modified cornstarch, canola oil, preservatives, and other ingredients that I can’t pronounce.
The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends limiting juice to 4 – 6 ounces for munchkins between the ages of 1 – 6 years old.
I have used this Breville Juicer since 2006 with no complaints.
